Why do we get so angry when dogs bark? It's just them using their voice. What do we expect, for them to sit around all day being quiet, adding nothing to the conversation? Would you do that? What makes it annoying is that we don't totally understand their language, so when they speak it just sounds like sharp, loud, sounds. But I swear if you listen hard enough you'll start to understand their barks. You'll know when they're warning you about something, when they're excited about something, and when they just want you to look at them because you haven't looked at them in a minute. They know how to get exactly what they want.
After all, they live dream lives where they're fed all day, don't have to do any chores and get scratched by every stranger that passes them on the street. They know what they're doing, we're just catching up.
